This position shares responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office. The duties of this position include supervising seven Assistants and coordinating their schedules to provide continuous coverage for the front office; negotiating with vendors to secure services and equipment; reviews monthly expenditure reports; processing invoices and purchase orders; completing annual capital asset inventory; completes paperwork to hire for speech clinic, and assisting with developing procedures for completing appropriate paperwork for hiring and training. Maintaining files as required by federal, state policies, and other duties as assigned.
This position is required to successfully pass a credit check.
PAS Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
Strong foundation in the Microsoft Office package, especially, Excel. Working knowledge of ADP, Banner, and Financial Edge.
