Park Ave Staffing (PAS) provides an incentive award to ANYONE who brings new employees to the firm by referring candidates subsequently selected and successfully employed by our clients.


Eligibility and Participation
Referring Person Eligible for Bonus- ANYONE! Who submits a candidate to PAS for a full time or temporary/contractor position – who subsequently joins PAS and successfully works on one of our clients’ contracts – receives a cash bonus

• Submitting prospective employees currently in PAS database does not qualify one for an incentive award
• Referred candidates not in our database, will remain active and bonus eligible for 1 year from submission date
Eligible Positions – Any full time or contract position represented by PAS or posted on our corporate website is eligible for bonus


Referral Bonus Amount
• Standard referral bonus amounts for positions paying:
• Up to $50,000: referral bonus = $250.00
• Certain “hard-to-fill” positions may have a higher bonus amount. This information will be posted on the PAS website with the corresponding referral bonus amount

PAS considers the following factors when designating a position as “hard-to-fill”:

• Labor market availability of well-qualified candidates with specific skill sets
• Required special qualifications needed to fill vacant positions
Referred candidates receiving permanent placement with one of our clients, the “referrer” will receive one lump sum referral bonus payable when the new employee completes his/her 90-day probationary period (90 calendar days from start date). Referred candidates working on consulting/temporary assignment, the “referrer” will receive the referral bonus in two increments. The first half of the referral bonus will be paid after the consultant has been successfully employed for 45 days. The second half of the referral bonus will be paid after the consultant has been successfully employed for 90 days.


How To Start Referring
PAS Referral Program operates in accordance with the following program requirements:
• PAS HR manager will designate a position as “hard-to-fill” before the position is posted with the corresponding referral bonus. Anything not listed “hard-to-fill” will receive the standard bonus amount
• Referrals will only be accepted for candidates not currently in our database
• We will notify you whether the submitted candidate is bonus eligible
• It is management’s discretion to split the bonus between two simultaneous referring parties
